# Ask LimeAI

Configure how your line handles calls just by telling the assistant what you need.

**Ask LimeAI** is the in-app AI assistant. You'll find it at the bottom of the left sidebar at [dashboard.limephone.io](https://dashboard.limephone.io).

## Chat to configure your line

The main thing Ask LimeAI is for: tell it what you want in plain language and it changes how your line behaves. For example:

* "I'm away next week — tell callers to text me."
* "We're closed until Monday, take messages."
* "Don't put anyone through except Mom."
* "Block the number that keeps harassing me."
* "Forward my calls to +1 555…"

It can set **away mode**, **do-not-disturb**, **temporary closures**, **call forwarding**, **blocked callers**, and **priority-contact rules** (always ring, send to voicemail, or block a specific person) — plus free-form standing instructions for how calls should be handled.

## Undo anything

Every rule you create shows as a pill in the **Active** strip. Remove a pill to undo that rule. Changes apply to your live line instantly — in both directions.

## Talk instead of typing

* **Talk** — speak to the assistant directly in your browser.
* **Call me** — it calls your verified number so you can set things up by phone.

## Anything else

You can also ask it questions about your account and recent activity. If it can't resolve your issue, contact support at <support@limephone.io>.
