Payment methods & credits
Manage your cards, top up usage credits, and view invoices — all from Settings → Billing.
Everything money-related lives in Settings → Billing. Only account owners and admins can see and change it.
Payment methods
Add a new card or update your existing one from Settings → Billing. Your default payment method is what gets charged — for your subscription renewal, credit purchases, and number purchases.
Credits
Usage beyond what your plan includes is paid from credits. Credits are split into three separate buckets, each with its own balance and its own purchase packs:
International call minutes
Calls to destinations outside your plan's included calling
International SMS
Text messages to international destinations (billed per segment)
AI Voice Agent minutes
Time your AI Receptionist spends on calls beyond plan allowances
A minute of AI Receptionist talk time and a minute of international calling draw from different buckets — topping up one doesn't cover the other.
To top up:
Go to Settings → Billing and open the credits view.
Pick a pack under the bucket you need and choose Buy now.
The charge goes to your default payment method, and the credits are added immediately.
Credits never expire. Per-minute and per-message rates vary by destination — see the rates page for the full list (rates are carrier cost plus a markup). Each balance shows a low-balance warning when it's running out.
Invoices and usage
Invoices are viewed through the Stripe billing portal — choose Manage billing in Settings → Billing to open it. That's also where you update the billing details (company name, address) shown on your invoices, and where you can change the card Stripe charges.
Usage — track credits used, incoming and outgoing calls, and SMS from Settings → Billing.
FAQ
Do credits expire or reset each month? No. Credits never expire and roll over indefinitely. Only your plan's included allowances reset with the billing cycle — credits sit on top of them.
Which card is charged when I buy credits? Always your default payment method on file. There's no per-purchase card picker — update the default card first if you want a different one charged.
I bought AI Voice Agent minutes but international calls still fail — why? The three credit buckets are separate. International calls draw only from International call minutes; buy a pack under that bucket.
Where do I get a proper invoice for my accountant? Open Manage billing in Settings → Billing — the Stripe portal lists every invoice as a downloadable PDF. Set your company name and address there so they appear on the invoice.
Can I get a refund on unused credits? Contact [email protected] — credit purchases aren't self-serve refundable from the dashboard.
