# Call configuration

One page tour of every call-behavior setting and where to find it.

## Your devices — Settings → Your account → Call Settings

Choose which of your devices ring, all at once (simultaneous ring):

| Setting | What it does |
| ------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Ring in Browser** | Ring the web dialer at dashboard.limephone.io. |
| **Ring via SIP** + **SIP URI** | Ring a SIP endpoint or softphone — see [SIP dialer](/calls-and-messages/sip-dialer.md). |
| **External Numbers** / **Verified Numbers** | Ring your own phone numbers. Numbers are verified once with a code before they can be used. |

| **Auto-Reply SMS** | Text callers back automatically (for example after a missed call). |
| **Available Days** | Which days calls ring you at all. |

## Per-number routing — Settings → Phone numbers

Each number has its own **Call Routing**: AI Receptionist, a team member, an external number, or voicemail. Number-level routing decides *what answers*; Call Settings decides *which of your devices ring* when it's you. See [Incoming calls](/calls-and-messages/incoming-calls.md).

## Workspace-wide — Settings → Workspace

* **Business hours** — open/closed schedule for the workspace, driving after-hours handling.
* **Blocklist** — numbers that can't reach you at all.

## Audio — Settings → Your account → Audio Settings

Pick your microphone, speaker, and ringtone devices for browser calling.
