Create brand specific settings to suit your business

Here you can set a business voicemail, hold music, greeting message, auto attendant and other business features to perfectly reflect your business.

Go to Numbersarrow-up-right and select 'Manage'

Control how calls are handled with features like:

  • Phone Menu (Auto-Attendant): Route callers to different departments with pre-recorded prompts.

  • Phone Status: See if your virtual number is available for calls.

  • Call Recording: Record calls for reference or training (check local regulations).

  • Users: Manage additional users with access to your virtual number.

  • Call Forwarding: Send calls to your mobile phone or another number.

  • Voicemail: Set up voicemail greetings and manage voicemail messages.

  • Greeting Message: Customize the message that greets callers.

  • Business Hours: Set times when your virtual number is available.

  • Auto Response: Send automatic text replies to missed calls during off-hours.
