Invite A Team Mate (Optional)

How to invite a team mate, add new users and create teams for your account

If you require other people to answer or make calls from your virtual number, here's how to add them to your account.

Organize your workflow to the last detail with LimePhone. You can seamlessly add new users to your account and divide them into Groups, each containing agents with unique tasks. Create teams for sales, support, finance, marketing, and more. What’s more, LimePhone advanced setting customization lets you adapt the features to your unique business needs.

You can easily invite users or team members into your account, assign individuals to roles or specific teams.

Adding A Team Mate

Go to Settings > Users & Teams

Select 'Add Team Member'

Simply enter their details and select 'add'.

The user will appear in your 'Users View'

Active and deactivate a user at any time.

Control the online status of a User manually, if required.

To edit a user, select the 'action' button.

Edit the users role, and assign to teams as required.

Creating A Team

Go to Settings > Users & Teams

Select 'Teams' > 'Create Team'.

Create your new team and save.

You will now be able to to assign users to your created team.
