# Contact support

How to get help fast — and what to include so we can fix your issue on the first reply.

## Start with Ask LimeAI

Signed in at <https://dashboard.limephone.io>? Click **Ask LimeAI** in the sidebar and describe your problem. It answers product questions instantly and can walk you through most troubleshooting steps in these docs.

## Reach the support team

* **In-app chat:** sign in to the dashboard and open the live chat.
* **Email:** <support@limephone.io>
* **Not a customer yet, or locked out?** Chat with us on <https://www.limephone.io> or email <support@limephone.io>.

For platform-wide problems, check the status page linked from our website before troubleshooting on your end — if there's an active incident, we're already on it.

## What to include for call-quality reports

Call-quality issues are diagnosed from call records, so the details matter. Include:

* Your LimePhone number.
* Three numbers you were on calls with when the issue occurred.
* The approximate date and time of those calls.
* Which app you were using (web browser or Android app) and on what device.
* Whether you used a headset or speakerphone.
* Whether the problem lasted the whole call or was intermittent.
* Which troubleshooting steps from [Call quality](/troubleshooting/call-quality.md) you've already tried.

## Reporting a bug

Report bugs through the in-app chat or <support@limephone.io> with:

1. A brief description of the problem and what you expected to happen.
2. The area of the product affected (calls, messaging, settings, etc.).
3. Which app you're using (web or Android) and its version, plus your browser if on the web.
4. Screenshots or a screen recording if you can — they dramatically speed up diagnosis.

We'll either send troubleshooting steps or escalate to engineering. Complex issues may take a few releases to fix, but every report is tracked.

## Requesting features

Send feature ideas through the in-app chat or to <support@limephone.io>. Every request counts as an upvote when we plan the roadmap — the more specific you are about the problem you're trying to solve, the better we can design for it.
