Outbound messages are not delivering, but showing as delivered

If you are experiencing a situation where your messages on LimePhone appear to be delivered in your app, but the recipient claims otherwise, it is possible that the messages are being "soft-blocked" by the receiving carrier. In this case, the messages are being filtered by the carrier, but no error notification is sent to LimePhone. It's also worth considering if the recipient has opted out of receiving messages from you by replying with "STOP."

If you suspect that your messages are not actually delivering despite showing as delivered in your LimePhone app, you can reach out to LimePhone's support team by submitting a request. They will assist you in troubleshooting the issue further and provide guidance on how to resolve it.

Please provide them with specific details about the messages that are not reaching the recipients, including the date, time, and the numbers involved. LimePhone's support team will work with you to investigate and resolve the issue.
