# Analytics

See how your numbers are performing — call and message volume, answer rates, and trends over time.

Open **Analytics** in the left sidebar at [dashboard.limephone.io](https://dashboard.limephone.io). Analytics is available on plans that include it — if you don't see the page, check your plan in **Settings → Billing**.

## Picking a time range

The range selector at the top offers: **Today**, **Last 7 days**, **Last 4 weeks**, **Last 3 months**, **Last 12 months**, **Month to Date**, **Quarter to Date**, and **Year to Date**. Every headline figure is compared to the previous period of the same length, so you can see at a glance whether things are trending up or down.

## The tabs

| **Call Center** *(teams)* | Call volume breakdown and outcomes across the team |

The **Call Center** and **Queue** tabs only appear for workspaces with multiple team members.

**Answer rate** is the share of incoming calls connected to a person or agent — calls that ended in voicemail or were missed don't count as answered.

## How to use it

* A rising **Missed calls** tile is the earliest sign you need more coverage — [another member](/workspace/members-and-roles.md) on the number, or an AI Receptionist covering busy hours.
* A low **Answer rate** concentrated outside business hours (check the **Activity** heat map) points at your after-hours routing — review forwarding, voicemail, and Business hours.
* **Peak Messaging Times** tells you when to staff the text inbox — response time is what callers-turned-texters judge you on.

For the detail behind the numbers — individual recordings, transcripts, and notes — use **Call Logs**.

## FAQ

**Why don't my Analytics totals match a count of rows in Call Logs?** The tiles are scoped to the selected time range and compared period-over-period, while Call Logs shows everything matching its own filters. Set both to the same window before comparing.

**What counts as "answered" in the answer rate?** A call connected to a person or an AI agent. Voicemails and missed calls are excluded — so a night of voicemails lowers your answer rate even though callers technically "got through".

**I don't see the Call Center or Queue tabs.** Those appear only when your workspace has multiple members. Solo workspaces see Overview, Calls, Messaging, and Activity.

**Can I export the data?** There's no export on the Analytics page itself — for raw data, use **Call Logs** or pull it programmatically from the API (docs.limephone.io/api-reference).
