HubSpot
Sync your LimePhone contacts to HubSpot so your CRM stays current without manual entry.
What it does
The HubSpot integration connects your LimePhone workspace to a HubSpot portal over OAuth. When contact events you've enabled occur — a new contact is created, or an existing one is updated — LimePhone syncs that contact to HubSpot, so the people who call and text your numbers appear in your CRM.
Prerequisites
A HubSpot account where you can install apps (you may need HubSpot super admin rights).
A LimePhone role that can open Settings → Integrations.
Connect HubSpot
Sign in at dashboard.limephone.io and open Settings → Integrations.
Click the HubSpot card, then click Connect HubSpot.
You're redirected to HubSpot. Sign in, pick the portal (account) you want to connect if you have several, and approve the requested access.
HubSpot sends you back to Settings → Integrations with HubSpot showing as connected. The detail view shows your connected portal under Connected Account.
Under Phone Numbers, choose All numbers or Specific numbers to control which numbers' activity syncs.
Under Events to Sync, enable the events you want — for CRM sync, New contacts and Contact updates are the ones that matter.
Click Save Settings.
What data flows
LimePhone requests permission to read and write HubSpot contacts. When a contact is created or updated in LimePhone, its details (name, phone number, and other contact fields) are pushed to your HubSpot portal. Data flows from LimePhone to HubSpot; the integration does not pull HubSpot data back into LimePhone.
The Activity section of the detail view shows how many events have synced, any errors, and the last sync time — use it to confirm the connection is working.
Disconnect
Open Settings → Integrations → HubSpot and click Disconnect. LimePhone discards its HubSpot access and stops syncing. Contacts already created in HubSpot stay there — disconnecting never deletes CRM data. You can also remove the app from HubSpot's own connected-apps settings; if you do, reconnect from LimePhone to resume syncing.
Troubleshooting
Contacts aren't appearing in HubSpot.
Check Events to Sync — New contacts / Contact updates must be ticked, and you must have clicked Save Settings.
Check the Activity section for an error message. A recurring error usually means HubSpot revoked or expired the connection — click Disconnect, then reconnect to reauthorize.
If you connected the wrong HubSpot portal, disconnect and reconnect, choosing the correct portal during the HubSpot authorization step.
Still stuck? Email [email protected] with the error text from the Activity section.
