Make
Generate LimePhone credentials for Make (formerly Integromat) and build visual automation scenarios around your calls and messages.
What it does
Make lets you build multi-step visual workflows — "scenarios" — that react to LimePhone activity: route a missed call into your CRM, send a follow-up when a voicemail arrives, enrich new contacts, and more. On the LimePhone side you generate a dedicated API key and webhook URL, then use them in your Make scenario.
Prerequisites
A Make account (a free plan is enough to start).
A LimePhone role that can open Settings → Integrations.
Connect Make
Sign in at dashboard.limephone.io and open Settings → Integrations.
Click the Make card, then click Generate API Key.
LimePhone shows your Make credentials: an API Key and a Webhook URL. Copy both using the copy buttons. The API key is shown only once — save it before leaving the page.
In Make, use these credentials when configuring the LimePhone connection in your scenario.
Back in LimePhone, under Phone Numbers, choose All numbers or Specific numbers to scope which numbers' activity is included.
Under Events to Sync, tick the event types your scenarios should receive — incoming/outgoing messages, completed/missed calls, voicemails, and contact changes.
Click Save Settings.
What data flows
The events you enable, from the numbers you selected, become available to your Make scenarios. Message events include the message text and the numbers involved; call events include the caller, called number, and duration; voicemail events include the caller and length. The Activity section of the detail view shows how many events have synced, any errors, and the last sync time.
The API key grants access to your LimePhone data — treat it like a password and never share it or commit it to code.
Disconnect
Open Settings → Integrations → Make and click Disconnect. The credentials are revoked and scenarios using them will stop working. Your data in LimePhone and in Make is untouched.
Troubleshooting
Lost the API key. It's displayed only once, at generation time. Click Generate API Key again — this issues a fresh key and invalidates the old one, so update your Make connection with the new value.
Scenario isn't receiving events. Work through this list:
The event type is ticked under Events to Sync, and you clicked Save Settings.
The number generating the activity is included under Phone Numbers (or All numbers is selected).
The Activity section shows no errors and the sync count is increasing.
Your Make connection uses the most recently generated key.
