Your LimePhone Dashboard displays your virtual numbers and their current status and allows you to easily track your metrics on calls, voicemails, and tasks, by individual users and teams.
LimePhone's Dashboard displays current activities in realtime.
Monitor your virtual business numbers performance based on many different categories, such as calls, voicemail, tasks and activity insights.
Virtual Numbers Status
View your virtual numbers, the date activated and their current stats. You are able to add additional numbers using the 'Add Number' button.
My Stats
Shows calls assigned to you, your voicemails and tasks.
Your Activity Insights
Displays the users call stats by incoming, outgoing and missed calls.
Team Activity
View your team's call stats by incoming, outgoing and missed calls.
Account Information
Displays your current plan, stats of outbound calls and SMS capabilities, total number of virtual numbers, total calls, and allows you to upgrade at any time using the link.
