Welcome aboard the LimePhone express! 🌟 Get ready for an onboarding journey that's all about making your experience as smooth as a freshly poured cup of coffee. This document is your trusty map, guiding you through the ins and outs of LimePhone.
1. Verify Your Phone Number
To activate your account, you'll need to verify your phone number and must have an card added to account. You can verify your number from https://app.limephone.io/settings/personal/call_forwarding
Outgoing calls will not work until the phone verification is completed.
2. Accessing Limephone
You can access Limephone on your desktop or mobile device:
Desktop Admin Dashboard: Go to https://app.limephone.io/login using Chrome or Edge browser. We do not support other browsers. (This URL does not support mobile devices)
Mobile devices: Go to https://dialer.limephone.io using Chrome or Edge browser.
Mobile App: (Currently we only support an android app)
SIP Devices and apps: (supports all devices and can only receive calls)
Configure your account
Configure your personal account settings (call forwarding, working hours, caller id)
Set up call forwarding for virtual number: Where would you like to receive the calls?
Setup Auto Response for SMS
Enable call recording: Record your important conversations for future reference
Create an IVR: Craft a professional greeting and menu for your callers.
Access your call and message logs
Explore other features: Discover additional options to customize your calling experience.
Important Notes :
Outgoing SMS: Outgoing SMS with US and UK numbers requires 10dlc registration.
New accounts may take upto 48 hours to be activated (admin verification) to avoid fraud.
