Share your number with users

How to share your number for other to use...

If you require other people to answer or make calls from your virtual number, here's how to add them to your account.

Organize your virtual number to the last detail with LimePhone. You can seamlessly add new users to your account and divide them into groups, like family members or work colleagues (We call these Teams 😊).

You can easily invite users into your account.

Adding A User

Go to Settings > Users & Teams

Select 'Add Team Member'

Simply enter their details and select 'add'.

The user will appear in your 'Users View'

Active and deactivate a user at any time.

Control the online status of a User manually, if required.

To edit a user, select the 'action' button.

Edit the users role, and assign to teams as required.

Creating A Team

Go to Settings > Users & Teams

• Select 'Teams' > 'Create Team'.

• Create your new group or team and 'save'.

You will now be able to to assign users to your created group or team.
