Setting Caller ID

Here's how to change your Caller ID

Choose a number you want to display on the customer and agents mobile phone.

This LimePhone feature allows you the opportunity to change the number displayed when calling a prospect.

For instance, if you are calling prospects in London from India, you can change the caller ID of a number which showcases that you're currently calling from London.

Let's get started...

To head to your Caller ID, go to Dashboard, click on:

Settings > Platform > Caller ID

  • Choose the number displayed to your agents

  • Choose the number displayed to your leads and customers
