Thank you for choosing Limephone! We're excited for you to experience crystal-clear calls and seamless communication. To help you get started with your free trial, we've put together this quick guide:

Please ensure your trial has been activated before using the product. You should receive an email with notification that your account has been admin verified and trial has been activated.

1. Verify Your Phone Number

To activate your trial, you'll need to verify your phone number and must have an card added to account. You can verify your number from https://app.limephone.io/settings/personal/call_forwarding

Outgoing calls will not work until the verification is completed.

2. Accessing Limephone

You can access Limephone on your desktop or mobile device:

  • Desktop Admin Dashboard: Go to https://app.limephone.io/login using Chrome or Edge browser. We do not support other browsers. (This URL does not support mobile devices)

  • Mobile devices: Go to https://dialer.limephone.io using Chrome or Edge browser.

  1. Manage Your Trial Number

Head over to the Numbers page to manage your trial phone number. Here, you can:

  • Set up call forwarding: Direct your calls to another number

  • Setup Auto response by Text for missed calls

  • Enable call recording: Record your important conversations for future reference.

  • Create an IVR: Craft a professional greeting and menu for your callers.

  • Explore other features: Discover additional options to customize your calling experience.

During your Limephone trial, you can:

  • Make calls using web dialer or mobile app: Enjoy high-quality calls to the USA, UK, and Canada.

  • Receive calls using web app or mobile app or on your phone: Receive calls from anywhere in the world.

  • Forward calls from your virtual number to your mobile or landline

  • Manage your trial number: Access the Numbers page to set up call forwarding, voicemail, call recording, an IVR (Interactive Voice Response), and explore other features.

  • Add your team members and share the number

  • Explore the Limephone interface: Familiarize yourself with the app or website, and learn how to navigate its features.

  • Test the call quality: Experience Limephone's HD voice and reliable connection firsthand.

Important Notes for Trial Users:

  • Supported Countries: To ensure the best possible experience for all our users during the trial period, calls are currently supported to the USA, UK, and Canada.

  • Outgoing SMS: Outgoing SMS is temporarily unavailable during the trial. This helps us prevent system abuse and maintain a high-quality service for everyone.

  • Trial Number: We allocate a random number during trial. However if you would like to retain the assigned number or have a specific number, you can request the same to be assigned while upgrading to paid account by contacting support.

1. Manage Calls and SMS with the Built-in Call CRM

Limephone offers a built-in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to help you organize and manage your communications:

  • Contact Management: Store and categorize your contacts with detailed information, notes, and call history.

  • Call Logs: Easily access records of your incoming and outgoing calls, including timestamps and durations.

  • SMS Management: If you have a paid plan, you can send and receive SMS messages directly within Limephone. The CRM will keep a record of your conversations for easy reference.

  • Call Notes: Add notes to your contacts or call logs to keep track of important details or follow-up actions.

2. Integrate with Other Apps

Limephone integrates with popular business tools to streamline your workflow:

  • Slack: Receive call and SMS notifications directly in Slack channels, allowing for real-time communication and collaboration with your team. (More on this below!)

  • Zapier: Connect Limephone to thousands of other apps through Zapier to automate tasks and workflows. For example, you could automatically create a new contact in your CRM when someone fills out a form on your website.

  • Other Integrations: Limephone may offer integrations with other specific apps depending on your plan or region. Check our website or contact support for the latest information.

3. Receive Calls and Texts on Slack

By integrating Limephone with Slack, you can:

  • Get notified of missed calls: Never miss an important call, even if you're away from your desk.

  • See incoming SMS messages: Stay on top of your text messages and respond quickly, all within Slack.

  • Collaborate with your team: Share call details and SMS conversations with colleagues in Slack channels for better communication and problem-solving.
