Adding Calling/SMS Credits

Here's how to add calling and SMS credits to your account

Life is complicated enough: our Billing Settings allow your to control and monitor all aspects of your account with a simple click.

Billing Settings ensure ease of access when managing your businesses finances'.

  • View Calling Credit balance, and enable auto recharge for additional convenience.

  • Control your Subscription plan.

  • View and download invoices as PDFs.

  • View all historical payment transactions.

  • Account Usage - including credits used, Incoming / Outgoing calls, Digital Calls, Leads, SMS and Users.

  • Update Billing information to reflect your business invoices.

  • Add and update payment methods.

Go to Settings > Billing > Subscription

Select 'Add Credit'

Enter the amount of credit you wish to purchase and click 'Add'.

Credit will be automatically applied to your balance.
